Basically upgrading the wheels to 36 spoke and ditching the hydraulic disc brakes for some KISS V-brakes. Brakes are on and aligned. Chain is ready to go, however the front derailleur is so gunked up from last winter's commuting that it may need to be replaced. The spring action is essentially non-existent.
