The Food Revolution
There were two good articles in the New York Times this weekend about the "food grid" in the US. Eating Food That’s Better for You, Organic or Not surprised me with the seven percent of calories comes from soft drinks statistic. And Is a Food Revolution Now in Season? is an interesting article from the business perspective (yes organic is now big business). Quick thanks to my brother for bring the first article to my attention.
